Our Mission: Building Tools for Impact
Our team of expert designers and educators from the gaming industry specialize in adapting existing games for powerful educational use. We build the toolkits that allow educators to make amazing programs possible.

Whether you're a company looking to support STEM through corporate social responsibility, a school designing custom curriculum, or a gaming community ready to inspire the next generation, we provide the tools that help you lead the mission.

Explore Aerospace launched a partnership with Kerbal Space Program & Kerbal Space Academy in 2018. Since our initial Virtual Field Trip to Evergreen Aviation Museum Jeb, Val, and the EA team have continued the partnership with the early support of Private Division.

Our content serves as the starter pack for a larger lab ecosystem. We design the core experience (e.g., Kerbal), but the lab is meant to grow with add-ons like flight sims, drone sims, and Minecraft EDU—added by the school or in partnership with content providers.

Key Stakeholder: Educators

We equip educators with materials that make implementation easy. We expect to expand to include teacher walkthroughs and limited coaching—not full PD programming. We welcome teacher feedback to improve our tools but will be intentional about how we scale collaboration.

Explore Aerospace is committed to providing low or no cost training for educators that allows them to gather the knowledge (and enthusiasm!) to share the program with their students.

Explore Aerospace focuses on bringing the vast opportunities of the aerospace industry to youth everywhere, with a focus on those who would not historically have the opportunity.

Our programs are part of a larger ecosystem that provide engagement from first introduction to career. Offering programs for youth as young as Pre-K, we can provide the components necessary for you to build and manage a workforce development program that all students can access.

Scalable Toolkit, Not One-Size-Fits-All

Each site customizes their experience. We help define what a good program looks like (curriculum, engagement, equipment, training), but we are not running the entire year’s content. Our current modules are an engaging introduction, and we’ll work with sites to ensure the toolkit fits their goals.
